Great location & all we needed for a weekend trip to Nantucket! Exactly as described & such a great location for walking anywhere. Didn’t need to get a taxi at all - could walk from the ferry to the hotel and to the main areas for shopping, harbors and easy for lunches or dinners. The beach was a very short walk away as well, we hope to go back again!!

I texted the hotel through AirBnB and directly to the number on the reservation one day before arrival. They took 8 hours to respond. I tried calling but the number did not accept phone calls. We were promised a "guaranteed check-in" by 4:00p but when we arrived at 4:30p, our room still was not ready. Staff was apologetic and friendly and did eventually give us keys to our room, although the cleaning staff was still there when we entered. Room was relatively quiet, and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice to relax on. Breakfast consisted of pre-wrapped muffins and store bought fruit cups. Having coffee and water available all day in the lobby was helpful. Check out was easy. The location is a 10 minute walk to Cliffside, Jetties, Brant Point, and downtown and there is plenty of parking if you have a car. The value in June, even by Nantucket standards, is not great. You would be better off looking for other options, or honestly another destination entirely.
