The host is very hospitable and ver nice. She is approachable. The location is very strategic near the bustling town proper. The host attends to the needs of guests. Airconditioners really functions well. Their place is very clean. However, they should improve more on information posted like the correct rate so that the guest won't be confused. I settled the other remaining balance which was not actually reflected in the details. The host clearly explained to me its reason due to communication gap with AirBnB on the actual room rate. The issue was resolved but I hope next time they will fix the reflected rates and options for their customers. Small detail such as shower is not available to our assigned room as compared to their galleries. I hope the guest should be more transparent on the details and expectations such as non availability of refrigerator or incomplete pantries in the said place. Overall, our experience is great.

Ms. Rubi is very welcoming. If you don’t have a vehicle, they can call a tricycle for you to go to the center. The place is clean, it has lots of plants. There is also a place in the back of your room where you can hang your clothes. They also offer complimentary water, coffee, shampoo, and soap. There are lots of restaurant around the airbnb, it is just in the highway. The only downside is that we noticed used soaps in the CR. Also, at first, the water is slightly yellowish, but as you make it run a bit more, it becomes clean. As for the number of pax, Ms. Rubi told us that the room can only accommodate 4 pax, it’s just that the airbnb made some mistake. You can opt to stay in one room if you’re a group of 6, you just need to add 200 php for the extra mattress. Over all, the place is good. I recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay!
