Quiet and decent but cold… cleaning people came early so I wasn’t able to use bathroom before check out other than that 👍🏽

NOT recommended for long term. Upon arrival, there was trash under carpet, 2 dead roaches in corners of the room. Guests only get 1 small shelf in fridge, and when more guests stay long term in the other room the host rents out, it is impossible to fit a weeks worth of groceries for 3 ppl there. You're only given 1 small pan and 2 pots to cook with. I meal prep weekends due to being busy over the week, and the size provided by these 3 pots were not at all sufficient. When I arrived, there were only 2 cheap plates and 1 bowl that had something yellow at the bottom. Host added decent glass plates to what guest can use since then. Over 2.5 mo stay, I saw ~10 roaches, on the floor of room, bathroom (would not be cleaned for weeks unless a temporary guest showed up in the other room), living room. Bathroom not always stocked w/ toilet paper, cheap shower curtain+rod fell down multiple times. Not worth $750/mo, better affordable short term rentals. This place is ok for stays less than 1 wk.

My first Airbnb that I booked myself and it was a great experience! Harold was great with communication and the room was exactly what he said it would be. The balcony was cluth especially on cooler mornings and evenings, it was nice to be outside without having to actually be outside! The room was clean and spacious and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Half of the time I'd forget that Harold or other guests were even there! You also never see the dog! Great place for a short weekend stay! Great location!

Harold is great. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the water pressure is great. Fridge space is limited, so plan accordingly. But this was the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. Great place.
