The location and courtyard of this apartment are great. The house is historic but could be more comfortably appointed. There is a significant amount of noise permeability with the neighbors in other units as well as with a sound signal to help the blind cross the street.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to help. We needed a last-minute place due to some unexpected hotel booking issues, and they not only accommodated an early check-in but also provided a spacious and wonderful place. The location was within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and attractions. We would definitely consider coming back again.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great! Perfect location, right where we wanted to be. Vincent set the expectations right after confirming our reservation. The instructions included pictures for the location and parking. Everything was step by step. Vincent was very communicative and checked frequently on us and how our stay was going. We loved our home for the week and would definitely book there again. The brick patio in back is secluded and the balcony off the bedroom was nice.

Vincent’s place was cute, comfortable and clean, and he was very communicative with details. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.
