We had a lovely "date night" here. We went to a concert at Overton Park and were able to walk over and back. It was comfortable and clean. Rip was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return!!! Thank you!

Rip and Nicki were awesome. We felt like we were visiting family. They were extremely nice and welcoming. Look forward to staying with them again.

Rip is an excellent host and knows how to welcome his guests. Everything was smooth from the second we got in. The unit was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!
