This is our fourth stay and as usual everything is on point. Clean, modern, impeccable details, peaceful surroundings, and Kimber is highly responsive and friendly. We will stay again for six days during my son's graduation in a few weeks. We look forward to another visit.

I really want to list the many, many amenities Kimber offers. I also want to applaud Kimber for the exemplary host she is. She makes your stay exactly the way you’d hope for in every rental property, which is a rarity. Kimber has thought of everything you might need. Incidental products for sure, but way more than that! She makes you and your family feel special, someone you’ll admire for their thoughtfulness and creativity. Home is spectacularly clean, not just on the things one sees, but throughout the entire home. The floors are spotless!! Linens, bedding, bathrooms, porches, grill, furniture, it’s all meticulously cared for. Yet it’s cozy, easy to feel right at home. People say nothing is perfect, but this stay was as near to perfect as it could get. There are many other things to love, the view of the lake, the fireplace, and the Nespresso Machine! The coffee bar is a delight. You will love staying on Lake Louisa in Monteagle, TN. That is if you book early.

This was my 5th time staying at this home. We had a wonderful rainy weekend by the fire and Kimber's place has everything and then some for your stay. It's one of our favorite places to visit for a girls trip. Great kitchen and coffee bar was a great addition. It is always super tidy too!

Look no further…. This is where you want to stay! The house is absolutely amazing! The back view of the water during fall season is breath taking! My girlfriends and I were shocked at the level of kindness Kimber put into our stay. We felt welcome the entire trip and not one amenity was missed. Thank you Kimber ;-)

This is an extraordinary find in the Monteagle area. Everything about Kimber’s place exceeded our expectations. Even as a formerAirbnb superhost, I typically don’t stay at Airbnb locations because at times they do not meet the description or feel truly luxurious. I am so glad we did stay here because it set the standard for quality and made our trip truly enjoyable. Everything is beautiful, well organized, well appointed AND comfortable. Kimber has truly thought of everything and she is a terrific communicator. As for the location itself, it is very close to the mountain and yet felt as though we were in our own private location without a lot of noise and hoopla around. I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is exceptional.
