Great stay, and we very much enjoyed it!
The house was beautiful and our family enjoyed the holiday away. Everything was very clean and accessible. We had a few questions during our stay so we reached out to the on-site contact, Kathy. After a couple of questions, she became frustrated with me and told me I was being ridiculous which was confusing since we are from Florida and don’t know how some things work up north. Aside from that minor inconvenience, we enjoyed the cabin and the amenities.
I had this property booked for months in advance for Parents weekend at my son’s school. Evolve cancelled the day of on the app. I missed the alert as I was trying to get on the road and didn’t realize until I arrived in the driveway with extended family coming from other locations. Their excuse was a “double booking” but it’s hard to believe that after months they realized that the day of and couldn’t give the courtesy of a phone call. Incredibly unprofessional. I then had to scramble to find another location for a group of 6 people. Evolve, the Managment company never even responded to my messages. I was refunded my money but with such short notice, my need was a place to stay not a refund. The worst Airbnb experience ever!
This home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our large family with children. We cooked lots of meals in this home and enjoyed the large screen porch, flat driveway, and backyard! Perfect for a relaxing weekend with family.
