The Tennessee RiverPlace had ample space for our large group. It has some very nice views of the river as well as some wildlife and birds. Rooms were spacious and had full bathrooms in each bedroom which is very helpful. It was close enough for visits to Chattanooga and local sites. The host was very responsive to questions or needs. We would stay here again if the need arises.

The house meet our accommodations for our family members. We did have trouble with no fireplace working, TVs wouldn’t work and heat was hard to control. Finally got everything almost fixed before we checked out. We did miss our family movie afternoon together. I did email with no communication and I finally called. Some areas do need extra attention to cleaning. Thanks for the stay. We appreciate your help with the problems.

My family spent Thanksgiving here, and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful - there is a gorgeous view out of every window. When we weren't at Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway, or Rock City, we loved walking down to the river, playing games in the field, making smores at the fire pit, and riding bikes around the property. With 9 adults, 7 kids, and a dog, we filled all the beds and a few sleeper sofas. The adults without young kids enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms with exterior entrances. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, small mugs, and forks; however, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and some cooking utensils were insufficient. Despite this, we shared a great Thanksgiving meal, and with the large table in the game room, everyone had a seat. Thank you for sharing your home and lovely mountain and river views with us!

Our group had a wonderful stay in October. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everyone in our group had plenty of room. Would recommend and book again!

we hosted a friend reunion here with adults and kids. It was gorgeous and spacious and great to have the 2 separate bedrooms for people who went to bed a bit earlier. we loved kayaking and canoeing. The porch was beautiful. the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with our questions. the kitchen was super well stocked
