Amazing location, beautiful sunrises, close to Ikarus which has a nice restaurant to watch sunsets. Was perfect for our kitesurfing holiday. Gloss always answered any questions immediately.

this is a wonderful, peaceful location. The instructions were clear, and easy to find. The pics do not do this place justice, and the local caretaker was very helpful. Just down the road are 2 local, great locations for food. And if ypu are at all used to driving country/cottage roads, you will not be intimidated by the road in. The beach is wonderful, love the shaded spot right by the shore. The wifi was good, and consistent. We had absolutely no issues with the power, plenty for what we needed. All in all, a wonderful spot, the hammocks were heaven while listening to the waves. I would definitely recommend! thank you glosh for sharing your little piece of heaven !

Oh what a fantastic place to stay... We are still daydreaming of the view from the living room, the sound of the waves, and lovely breeze from the ocean. It was so peaceful and everything we needed, away from hustle and bustle of the city. The house was exactly how it was described. We actually thought it looked better in person than in the photos. There was everything we needed. We just had to stock up on food/groceries so we could be self sufficient. As an option, there is Ikarus Kiteboarding Center about 10 min walk from the house where you can have some casual eats and drinks. Glosh was a fantastic host. She was super responsive, and she even went out of her way to help us when we had some problems which was not related to the house at all. We are forever grateful for that. All in all, we (including our 5 year old daughter) loved our stay and we would come back there in a heartbeat if we could! Wish there was option for more than 5 stars!!! :)

We couldn’t ask for anything better. If we got the chance to stay there longer, we would without a doubt. Great area, private beach, really close to the kitesurfing spot, peaceful and quiet. A great chance to reconnect with nature and get away from the bullshit of 5* resorts in Cancun.
