The location was perfect for what we needed. The surrounding neighborhoods DO NOT reflect what is found on the inside of the gate and within the home. The property was clean and we felt very safe. We found everything we needed to prepare meals and loved that the paper towels, toilet paper, etc were provided. The washing machine and dryer were wonderful to have. Our only complaint is that the shower in the master bath did not have a very good supply of hot water. It took a long time to warm up and then didn’t stay warm very long. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Bona was a great host, and we enjoyed staying in his place. It was just as described and pictured. I personally liked that it was bare because we have a very grabby-hands toddler so we didn't have to worry about any sort of knick-knacks or deco being messed with or broken. Luckily for us, it is right next door to a family member's home and so it was conveniently located for what we needed. Bona was almost immediately responsive each time I needed to reach out, and I appreciate that very much! We would stay again when we travel to visit family again.

Beautiful place, very neat and cozy. I was able to hang out with friends and not worry about how far away I was from the place.

Sparse amenities. No extra linens, no wash clothes, no kitchen towels. Overhead lights but no bedside lights. No tables in living room. Home seems to be very new and was clean. There are No decorations or homey feel. At arrival power was out and it was unknown when power would be back on, it had apparently been out for a few hours. I informed Bona that we could not stay without electricity. He immediately contacted provider and in about 20 minutes there was power. Bona was very quick to agree to a full refund if power was not on soon. I appreciated that. Maintenance was close by but unneeded. Overall it was quiet and felt safe behind his fences and secure gate.

My family would definitely stay there again. The house gave us privacy and we were close to family.
