Quiet private Queen bed bedroom w/shared bathroom, 32" SmarTV (Peacock, PBS, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple, DirecTV). Iron, Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Spa & BBQ. Laundry supplies, toiletries and TP provided. Full use of kitchen. No locks bed/bathroom doors (too many people have lost the key). Outside Security cameras. NO parking in the parking spaces; park on Grand Bend Dr. (street perpendicular to the residence). NO shoes in the house. NO eating in the bedroom. Full reasonable use of the house except my bedroom and my food; ask, if you're unsure. Commute time (in minutes): BWI (9), AMTRAK & MARC (15), and two blocks walking distance to UMBC bus or City Bus#76. Food consumption in the Kitchen or Dining Room only. Do not use my spices, K-cups, creamer, sugar, etc.--you're free to use the Keurig, blender, cooking utensils, pots, pans, stove, toaster oven, blender, etc. but clean up and put away things after use--I do not use the dishwasher, so if you wish to use it you'll need to purchase your dishwasher detergent and put the dishes away. Single-stream recycling (plastic, paper & metal) goes on the bin on the deck (clean out the food first) and regular trash goes in the bin next to the slider door. Safe street parking on the street perpendicular to the property (GRAND BEND)--straight portion, not in any parking spaces (about 50 feet from the property). There's a $250 fine for parking in the parking spaces.
