Objectively an excellent unit for the price. Furniture and decor is well thought out and coordinated. Cookware and appliances are not cheap or second hand. Host responds in a timely manner and shows care. Subjectively the complex was a bit monoculture for my taste, there is a more noise in the early morning than I care for, and it was not ideal to have to pay a nominal fee to use the gym. None of that is the hosts fault and the latter is listed in the documentation, albeit buried.

My teenage son and I had an amazing few days in Palm Springs area and staying At Lees place! He was always responsive, and helpful. The home was beautiful and so clean. We made use of the kitchen for cooking meals and watched a movie together. My son just started playing golf amd loved getting up and heading out the door to the driving range! Wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect getaway spot for 2 couples traveling together-having king beds in both bedrooms is a huge bonus! This home is well cared for, tidy, well stocked, comfortable, and has extra details covered- such as two coffee makers stocked with coffee pods, Brita pitcher for filtered water, portable fans, games, lap blankets for the cool evenings, bedside charging ports, and plenty of hangers in the closets! The gated/secure community is walkable, has many pools to choose from, and is extremely peaceful! Lee was very clear and timely in his responses. We had one issue upon arrival and Lee handled it promptly and professionally. He also followed up to ensure everything was perfect moving forward! This home was a great value for the area, a perfect location to easily get to everywhere we wanted to go, and a pleasant homebase for the week! We would stay here again! Thank you Lee for being a friendly and responsive host!

We had a great stay at Lee’s condo. Clean and a nice size for 2 couples. It was easy to find and was in a great location, right across the road from the gym and pickleball courts. The golf clubhouse and driving range were also within a few minute walk. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we backed onto the driving range. I thought we backed onto the actual golf course. It was still totally fine and we had a great time.
