This was a great weekend trip for 12 adults! The house is amazing and all the rooms were great. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and easy drive to downtown Nashville.

My team and I stayed here for a retreat. The meeting spaces were perfect for us and the location to lots of great restaurants was a huge bonus. We'd definitely stay here again.

The home is lovely - tasteful, open and comfortable. Communication was quick and checkin was easy. Uncomplicated rules and directions - easy proximity to everything. Only wish there was a sidewalk on the street. But it is a nice, safe area.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was very nice and comfortable, and within walking distance to the 12 South area with great shopping, restaurants, and yoga. Quick UBER ride to Broadway. Tyler and Jacob were very responsive. We had one minor issue that they resolved within a few hours. Would definitely recommend this place.
