Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!! The Boathouse was a perfect location - right on the beach! Easily slept 6 people and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. We used the fire pit on the sand a couple of the nights and it was so lovely. Would stay here again for sure - definitely recommend! The host was very responsive and the whole vacation was a dream! 😎

Beautiful home. Well worth the expense to be that close to the beach and to have an awesome patio for late night conversations by the fireplace. The home was decorated nicely and felt very comfortable. The home has a great layout and felt private with the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom upstairs and second bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We rent frequently in Carp during the summer and for spring break and this has been my favorite place I’ve stayed at. Management was also very responsive to questions. Thanks!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Sandyland condo on the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated, and literally just a few steps from the beach. Being able to walk up the street to sample the excellent assortment of restaurants without having to get in the car was a real treat. We would definitely return again!

The condo looks exactly like the photos, and the distance to the beach is excellent. Is is *so* close that you want to feel the ocean air whipping through the condo, however as listed, the condo faces the mountains so the air is limited and it can feel hot at times. Both my husband and I worked during our stay and we made good use of the outdoor decks. Our teenagers liked the privacy of the second bedroom being on a different floor. They also liked walking to lunch and dinner by themselves. Everything we needed or wanted felt convenient and close.
