We went during the off season so the weather can be pretty unpredictable, we lost power on the first day. Owners kept in constant contact and there is plenty of firewood to keep the cabin warm. The cabin is beautifully well kept, clean and organized. Love to have had this opportunity to stay there with our friends, felt incredibly safe. Best place you want to be at and would love to make another trip back to the same cabin. Thank you again Frank and Kenny, staying there truly filled our trip many wonderful memories!

Frank and Kenny's cabin was very clean! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towel. They had a great goodie basket for us and even a bottle of champagne for our wedding day. The place has beautiful decor and I loved the pictures throughout the home. Very comfy couch! The exterior is beautiful and relaxing. They always responded quickly and were very accommodating to our request for an early check-in. The place will not disappoint you, loved every minute we spent there. Thank you for your lovely cabin and being such wonderful hosts!

If I wrote for the next hour I don’t think I could cover all the amazing experiences on this visit. The cabin was beautiful and so well appointed. No detail was missed. Super clean, comfortable and incredibly cozy. The wildlife right outside the door was far more entertaining than the ample television options. We were greeted in the mornings by a turkey, squirrels and a variety of beautiful birds. We also got some amazing pictures of two moose right up the road! It’s hard to believe anything could be more impressive than the property itself, but our host blew us away. He was incredibly thoughtful, attentive and considerate. We were treated like family. It was very clear he honestly cares that his guests feel comfortable and have a fun, safe visit! He kept us updated on the changing weather conditions on the mountain and advised on how to be best prepared for our visit to Red Rocks. If you’re considering visiting, I highly recommend it! Thank you Frank! We appreciate you!

The house and yard was absolutely beautiful 🤩 The house was nice and toasty when we arrived. Any time we sent a message, we received an answer with in mins. Could not of asked for better hosts 🥰 The extra amenities were fabulous. I have rented a lot of places and I have to say this is my #1 of all time. The trees in the back were wrapped in lights and made the yard beautifully lite at night. My sister loves birds and squirrels and they had feed and peanuts and let’s just say, they were fed very well 😂 I can not think of one thing the cabin didn’t have. It was close to anything we wanted to do but far enough away where we felt the privacy of where the home is located. We had snow the first 2 1/2 days we were there. The driveway was plowed out for us so we could get out. The host kept us up to date on the weather so we always felt comfortable about what the weather was going to be. I could go on and on about how great this house is. If you are looking for a place, this is it. AWESOME!!!!

We could not have asked for a better location or better hosts. We wanted to have a place where we could stay and relax a few days. The private park area and deck were perfect for that. Our kids enjoyed it all including the wildlife. We saw so many birds, squirrels and rabbits. The location is great if you want to be away from the city. It is also close enough that you can get to many major destinations. We went to many popular Denver destinations and to winter park for major snow activities. If you’re worried about the snow or altitude don’t be. Frank and Kenny stay in close contact and continually stated they had a backup plan if we weren’t enjoying our stay. We had a winter storm during our stay with over 7 inch’s of snow in one night. We were able to drive down the mountain the same day and the driveway was plowed. If you are reading these reviews for confirmation, I say do it!
