Beautiful space, incredibly convenient location. Would absolutely stay again and again. Responsive host when we couldn’t access the wi-fi briefly, with very detailed instructions throughout the entire stay. Close to lots of fantastic restaurants and a quick Uber to Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. Thanks for a great time, we’ll be back!

This is a newer town home. Housekeeping is missing the details. The bathroom vents were dusty and dirty, along with baseboards. The floors were dirty as my the bottom of my slippers were black. The room I slept in the fan had no blades. The Bed in one of the room had a dip in the mattress. Cushions on chairs were not flipped. All the doors squeaked. The door leading out to the balcony on the 2nd level has a large step down and one of the guest almost fell over the railing, that door does not close correctly and lets in bugs. Lots of street noise and if guests of other units are sitting on their balcony's talking you could hear them. The internet went out and we called the 800 number twice, with no call back regarding a resolution. Eventually one of the guests found a housekeeper from another unit and they came over and got it working again. The guest bathroom the shower curtain liner needed to be replaced and kept coming off of the rings. The light fixture over the sink did not work.

The home was really clean. We also loved that it was gated community and we had our own personal garage to the townhome.

Nice place for a large group. The pool can be a little busy and noisy. Close to many attractions.
