Adam and Jane were great, and very attentive. The house was clean and newly updated. This was a very convenient place to stay when attending the Jazz festival. It was walking distance to the Trolley- which was not far at all to the Fairground. The food options that were close, were just what we needed after being in the sun all day, and just wanted to grab dinner before heading home. I would say the only thing I would have to mention, which is no fault to Jane and Adam, is that since we were connected to other residences- we had to get use to all the noises that come with being in an older house. There were lots of creeks and thumps in the night where it sounded like someone was in our portion of the house. The lights in the fans in both bedrooms kinda had a mind of their own as well- and would turn on in the middle of the night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we had an awesome time on our visit to New Orleans.

My stay at Adam’s was great! The home was located in good proximity to great restaurants and attractions. The home was very nice and the matched the descriptions. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would love to stay again.

We had a group of 4 stay here & it is the perfect stay in New Orleans. We felt like it was in a very safe part of the city. It is an older building so the floors squeak, but the renovations that have been done feel so modern & clean. The drive was very short (7-15 minutes) to anything in the heart of New Orleans which was super convenient. We appreciated the full kitchen & the water pressure was great. The water also got very hot very quick which is appreciated. We also really appreciated how fast Adam responded. This Airbnb could definitely sleep 6 people comfortably & possibly more with the air matresses. We would definitely stay again.
