Kate was an exceptional host. Kate took care of us the minute she accepted our reservation, making sure we had everything we needed. Her place was beautiful and we had a lot of fun staying there. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will when I go back.

We had a very enjoyable stay here! We were in McKinney for a family Thanksgiving and it was so close. Plenty of room, everything up to date. Kate was so nice to let me borrow kitchen items to bake pies for Thanksgiving. She communicated everything to me in advance which helped so much. Check in was so easy as well as check out. Very easy and clean!

Kate’s home is beautiful, organized, and very comfortable. Her expectations are clear and her communication is open. Home is exactly as pictured, everything we needed is exactly where we’d expect to find it. She was prompt in messaging us any time we had a question. It was the perfect place for our family of 5.

From the time the reservation was made until the end, Kate’s communication was impeccable. Before I ever set foot into her home, she made me feel so welcomed to be there!! Kate’s hospitality is amazing!! My friends and I had such an amazing time, they wish they could’ve written her a great review as well! I would highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed!! This home looks exactly like the pictures!
