Felt right at home the moment I walked in the front door! Super cozy with a superior aesthetic! The lake atmosphere is very peaceful and the surrounding area, including, Elkorne and Lake Geneva (which is near) is so fun to explore! The hosts are very thoughtful with every detail to match.

Such a fun little get away! They paid attention to every detail! Loved the ping pong table and record player - and spent the night listening to the crickets and frogs on the deck. Can’t wait to come back!

The Lily Pad truly exceeded my expectations (which were already high). Joey left little unexpected amenities, which made me feel like an honored guest. The home's decorating - including vintage musical instruments, vintage/newer books/magazines, and an array of natural features - created the perfect environment for creativity, quiet, and contemplation. It would take a year just to read through the many eclectic coffee table books throughout. Also, gorgeous sunsets over the water each night from chairs on the property's beach. A truly memorable place.

Lovely and peaceful place to visit. I stayed for several weeks while on a work assignment nearby. The place is delightful and charming. Joey is a wonderful host, very friendly, thoughtful and gracious. Appreciate the recommendations, willingness to accommodate my needs and overall awesomeness. Place is charming place to stay. Only point to note- the water is a little “hard” oweing to the well water. I suspect it is common for the area. Bring some bottled water if this is a concern for you. Would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend Joeys Lily pad.
