excellent studio apartment, everything you need, and very comfortable. hosts are super helpful and friendly. the views are spectacular. I stayed a month and loved it.

We just spent almost 3 weeks staying in a “Splash of Glam” and it was our 3rd stay ! We love staying here and will always pick this place unless they are booked ! The room is part of the house , but still very private with its own entrance by the pool ! It has always been super clean and the room is very comfortable! The queen bed is also very comfortable. Our two furry friends were welcomed and they enjoyed the deck overlooking the pool ( and Albuquerque) with lots of outdoor space ! The view is amazing ! The house is located within walking distance of the tram ( or just a very quick drive ) and plenty of great hiking ! It is also within close proximity to some great restaurants and grocery stores ! We had everything in the room we needed for our trip and even cooked a few meals ! The hosts are very kind and quick to respond when needed . It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here !

Great location if you value accessibility to outdoors, want a patio for sunsets, etc. Sandia Heights is beautiful everywhere you look, so you can bet on this location. All listed amenities were included and easy to locate. Bottled water was provided, which was appreciated. Hosts' house and neighborhood were very quiet; parking is easy. Did not have problems with anything so can't speak to hosts' responsiveness to urgent matters. For travelers seeking a luxurious getaway, keep in mind this space is very mish-mash/DIY. The price of the space is due to the location. Showerhead and water pressure were very poor; the host inquired about our recommendations, and I suggested upgrading this. Overall, it provided what was listed and acted as a home base during out time. I selected it based on the patio and in that regard I was not disappointed. In the future, I would consider staying here again a few nights to enjoy the patio, and then staying somewhere with more city walkability in ABQ.

I don’t know where to begin, the home exceeded expectations, incredible views, and A SWIMMING POOL! The hosts were not only very responsive, but went out of their way to help me with a car rental problem and welcomed my family that I came from Wisconsin to visit by allowing us use of their deck, grill, and pool. My grandkids had the time of their life, especially since Walt and Elisabeth set the deck up for us, left toys for the pool, and party favors. Above and beyond! If they will have me again, I won’t even look for another place next time I visit! Thank you to the two of you for an incredible family vacation.
