You’ll be 25 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 20 minutes to downtown Williams, a little over an hour to Sedona, Parks and 50 minutes from the ski resort. Parks is a secluded little community where you can see the stars in abundance on almost any night. There are hundreds of easily accessible trails straight from the home for you to enjoy on foot or with your outdoor toys! The property is on a one acre fenced lot. Guest house, main house and large garage on the property. Our home is adjacent to the guest house. All other surrounding homes are on at least one acre. The guest house is about 320 sq. ft. with a stand up shower and small kitchen equipped with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and 2 top gas burner. Queen bed with two nightstands. Tv with access to streaming. Wifi included. Toasty heater to keep you warm on these snowy nights! This is a more rural area rather than city.
