Fantastic stay in this wonderful ground floor apartment. Sumalee lives upstairs and is very quiet and is there if needed but not intrusive at all. The cafe next door was no issue and we enjoyed a meal there one day too. we cooked most of our meals as it is an expensive area to eat out, and the kitchen and in fact the whole apartment is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Everything is very comfortable with amazing sofas with feet rest etc. a fab large TV and we enjoy gaming so could do this easily connecting the computer. we loved it so much we have re booked for October! thankyou Sumalee for a wonderful stay

An excellent apartment in every respect. The care from Sumalee in making the apartment perfect is not to be underestimated. It was clean, beautifully furnished with everything one could possible require. The best I have stayed in.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Perfect location for beach walks and swimming. Very comfortable and clean home. Very quiet (even when windy and raining outside). Very handy for exploring this part of the south coast and South Downs. Handy warm cupboard for drying things (as well as washing machine and dryer). My dog was happy here too. Thank you Sumalee.

We had a great stay at Sumalees place. It was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked kitchen including tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The bathroom was spotless and there was shower gel/body lotion. Although self check in, Sumalee was super helpful and around if needed. (She lives upstairs).

if you're staying in Felpham, Content House is absolutely the prime location.. on the beach, short walk to all local amenities. The apartment matches the location. it's beautiful appointed. Modern, high quality, super clean and comfortable. Sumalee is a wonderful host, suitably inconspicuous, but on hand, friendly and gracious. For a two or four person stay, its the best in Felpham.
