Eric's place was extremely comfortable, and felt like home. Everything was as advertised. Location was great, and a short drive to town. The pantry was well stocked. Having access to beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear was also very convenient. Would book again next time in Kona.

We're so happy we chose Eric's place to stay for our first trip to the Big Island. The house is conveniently located — close to stores and beaches and in an ideal climate zone (we didn't use the AC). The suite was beautifully decorated and clean, and was stocked with almost everything we needed. We felt at home immediately. The large lanai (with geckos) was a highlight; we loved seeing and hearing the birds every morning as we enjoyed our coffee. At times, traffic could be heard from the main road nearby, but it often blended in with the nature sounds. Eric was friendly, proactive, and responsive to all our questions and requests. We tend to keep to ourselves, and he was very respectful of that. We recommend Eric's place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient home away from home on the Big Island!

I recently had the most incredible stay at Eric’s place in Hawaii. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with breathtaking ocean views and warm Hawaiian hospitality. The accommodations were not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and comfortable. The host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable, providing insider tips on local attractions and even checking in on us throughout the stay.
