We had a great time at Chase’s place as a group of 9. Plenty of sleeping space and common area seating. Blackstone griddle in the back area is a great addition. We had to reach out to Chase at one point for assistance with a question we had and he was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

From the planning phase to arrival, communication with Chase was very prompt and straightforward! We ended up arriving in Summit County way earlier than expected and Chase allowed our group to check in early so we could get settled in from our travels. The home is nestled in a beautiful Hallmark-esque community and the pictures do not do the house any justice! The home itself is beautiful and spacious with tons of natural lighting, and it literally included EVERYTHING. The fireplace and all of the rooms were super cozy and inviting. I’ve never stayed at an accommodation more well equipped than Chase’s home. The heated floors really came in handy after a day out and about in the cold. We took full advantage of the games in the game closet and we took the sleds to Carter park for a day of fun. The location was perfect for reaching everything we needed to in Silverthorne and beyond, we will definitely be reaching out to book for future stays!

Great place. Beautiful house inside and out, nice neighborhood and very well stocked. Be aware Bedroom 4, with the bunkbeds, has no door, is an alcove on the upstairs landing. Otherwise, great stay! Chase is super responsive.
