As you enter this adorable cottage, you are greeted with an open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, and offers dining seating for 6 and an additional breakfast bar with seating for 2. The living room offers plenty of space to kick back and watch your favorite tv program on the 52” smart tv. Right out the kitchen door, you will find the screened-in porch and huge fenced-in backyard, offering plenty of room for the fur babies and kiddos to run and play or build a fire in the firepit and roast some hotdogs! As you venture down the hall you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a new comfortable king bed, 42-inch smart tv, and an en-suite bath with a shower tub combo and single vanity. The first guest room offers a new comfortable queen bed and smart tv, and the second guest room offers a new comfortable twin bed with an additional twin trundle underneath. Beach cart and canopy available to use. Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year. When you are ready to hit the beach, you have many nearby options for you to explore! Visit Cape San Blas, St. Joe Beach, or Mexico Beach to experience the pristine beaches of the Forgotten Coast! Enjoy all the beach has to offer, or spend the day in Panama City, just a short drive away for tourist experiences, or walk the Panama City Beach pier. For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner in the Gulf of Mexico. For an adventure, take a ride to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed!
