We had a great vacation staying at Mario's apartment. In spite of language differences, Mario communicated quickly and was able to respond to all our requests. The location could not have been better! We were very close to a supermarket, the beach, shopping, bus stops great restaurants, and walking distance from the ferry. In regard to the ferry, we had planned to walk with our roller bags from the ferry to the apartment. My friend had just broken her arm and so we were forced to take a taxi. Mario gave us a phone number for a friend named "Christian" who could speak some English and knew the location of the apartment. We phoned him for a ride not knowing how close the apartment is to the ferry. We we're shocked and "ripped off" by Christian. He charged us 15€ for a 2 minute car ride! This was our only disappointment during our stay in Ischia.

Mario's place is clean and convenient to the ferry port, restaurants and grocery store. Mario was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. He was very responsive and kind. We enjoyed visiting the island of Ischia. The highlight for us was the Aragonese castle which I'd approximately a 30 minute walk from the Airbnb.

Tolles sauberes, neues und heizbares Appartment mit selbst regulierbaren Heizkörpern, wir waren im kalten Februar dort. Ein wunderbares Appartement im Winter. Die Wohnung hat kaum Aussicht, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, im Freien zu sitzen. Zwei Fenster sind so hoch angebracht, dass sie sich nur mittels Elektromotor mit Fernbedienung etwas aufklappen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt 850 m vom Fähranleger von Neapel entfernt, aber es ist anstregend den Koffer auf dem unebenen Pflaster zu ziehen. Leider fehlen Busfahrpläne, Landkarten, Prospekte von Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Ischia etc. in der Wohnung. Durch die Lage der Wohnung im Hinterhof ist es ruhig, leider waren die Nachbarn in der ersten Nacht sehr laut und der Hund bellte, aber Mario hat am nächsten Morgen für Ruhe gesorgt. Zur Nachbarwohnung gibt es leider nur eine normale Wohnzimmertüre. Im Winter würden wir die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen, auch wegen der Nähe zu Bushaltestellen und Supermarkt.

Il nostro soggiorno estato meraviglioso!!la casa è bellissima e tutto nuovo !Si trova in una posizione centrale della bellissima isola di Ischia praticamente a tutto vicino mare ristoranti super market ecc .il signore Mario sempre disponibile e gentile !ritorneremo di sicuro!!!

The location was good. Place was clean and safe. Mario was very helpful.
