Lovely lodge, comfortable bed and sofas. Beautiful views of a stream and Easy to find Hot tub was lovely but just wish it was more private, the lodge next door, kitchen window and bed rooms looks onto the hot tub, we sat in the hot tub around 6pm and next door kept peaking thought their curtains the whole time we were in it which made us feel uncomfortable. Over all though we had a lovely stay

Not as advertised and terrible host response. Informed of issues to be told to ‘just leave if unhappy’, not helpful with kids in half term. Host won’t communicate or address issues therefore Airbnb have offered to address the problem on hosts behalf. Would not stay on this property or one of his again. Greedy and unresponsive. Filthy green decking. Broken hot tub lid- takes 2 to lift as no lever. Clear gap in patio doors when closed. Hole in bedroom door and wall. Cooker gas ring not working. Outside light broken. Fire door in living room broken, doesn’t close and held on with tie wraps. Fridge shelves broken and no cupboard space for food, of it doesn’t go in the fridge then it’s on the worktops. Needs an extra cupboard. Peeling wallpaper, cracked skirting boards and scratched coffee tables in living room. No hooks anywhere for wet towels or coats. Pool of water in bathroom from leaking toilet. Lamp missing its lampshade. On a plus side the sofa was comfy.

The lodge was absolutely lovely, felt right at home, very spacious. Not forgetting the bed, soo comfy had the best night sleep. Hot tub was unreal and clean. Me and my partner had a lush chilled weekend. Would definitely recommend this and will deffo be back!

Comfy cabin although in need of a few repairs ie handle on bedroom door hanging off, holes in door and a very large, deep crack in shower floor! a plastic mat was half covering it but the damage to me can be a risk if taking young children in. On the plus side the host was very quick to respond and was accommodating when we asked for a late check out.
