The house was very nice and cozy. Some might consider it a bit too far out. But for us the quiet neighborhood and park were a delight. Wish host offered a basketball or pickleball equipment for the park. However, the constant surveillance from the owner really began to cross a line. Everytime we went outside he was watching us. Then made comments via Air B&B platform regarding our parenting of our child. This constant watching scares my child to the point of tears. Luckily we just had one more night at that point. But our 8 year old really did not understand someone he didn't know constantly watching everything he did.

This place was great! It was everything that the host said and more. It was in a great area and was a great value for what the place had to offer. I enjoyed staying there a great deal and would stay there again without hesitation. The host was proactive and very responsive and helpful.

We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Camilo is a great communicator and always replied quickly. Check in was extremely easy and the property was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a rental in Surprise.

The house is new, spacious and immaculate. It is a nice alternative to a hotel in terms of comfort and price. Camilo was easy to contact with questions during our stay.
