Had a fantastic stay. Perfect home base for our Final Four trip to Phoenix. Tons of space to relax. Fully stocked. Backyard and pool a plus. Some highly competitive ping pong and cornhole matches to pass the time. So glad we went with this AirBnB rather the a cramped hotel room. Would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Shonda!

Beautiful house. Shonda was wonderful to communicate with. To note- the pool is not heated so a little too chilly for us to swim in with 75-80 degrees weather:). We definitely would stay there again!

Nice house. Roomy and comfortable. Well stocked with spices, coffee, sugar, etc. Even some bottles of water in the fridge - nice touch! Comfy beds and plenty of warm throws for chilly mornings and evenings. Did not get to use the pool due to rain and cold weather, but it looked nice. There were a lot of pool toys in the garage just in case. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to restaurants. New washer and dryer too. Heater worked well.

I've been coming to Surprise, AZ, for over 20 years and stayed in multiple hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs, and this place was a jewel!!! The house looked EXACTLY how it looked in the pictures. The house was just breathtaking!!! This house was more than enough space for a family of 5. The house was remarkably clean, and it was so appreciated as I'm a clean freak. The backyard was beautiful, and we were able to host some family members for New Year. Everyone wanted to stay with us instead of going back to their hotels, lol! Our three teenage children loved their individual space and the ping pong table in the garage. The living spaces were bountiful, and we had enough space to play games and eat together as a family. Shonda, you are the best host ever! You responded to all my messages, questions, and requests. For a holiday weekend, I was amazed and grateful for your availability! Thank you for opening up your home and making sure it felt like ours!
