Walter, estuvo al pendiente y respondiendo atentamente. Super flexible y amable. El lugar es bonito y ubicado segun indica la publicacion, un par de luces que no encienden y cosas minimas a ajustar en una habitacion. Nada mayor, la pasamos bien y pudimos descansar.

Aesthetically Walter’s place was 5 stars. Great home very modern beautiful pool and jacuzzi. High tech fans. The home itself was great but the location was far from Sosua and Cabarreta. To get anywhere we had to drive 20-30mins. We ended up renting a car because the location was so inconvenient. Driving from the house to the main road is a rollercoaster ride in itself. Other than that while inside the home it was an amazing experience very private.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Walter’s place. The highlight of our stay was Naomi, the private chef! She was so friendly, and her food was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! And she had good recommendations about what meals we should try! The pool was also very nice on those hot Dominican days! It is a beautiful home and we always felt safe, but the setting was not so beautiful. When we were home, we stayed inside or out back. The home also needs some maintenance, such as fixing the barn style bathroom door, and the main sliding glass door latch. There were a few hiccups with our stay, but when we reached out to Walter, he was quick to respond and was very helpful. Overall, this was a great experience for us.

This is a great quiet place my only concern would be have a ceiling fan in the living room it was hot but everything else was fine
