My wife and I stayed at Felix’s apartment for 8 nights and had a very positive experience. The place was exactly as described, in a great location, and Felix was an excellent host. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! We loved everything about Felix's apartment! It is very well located, only a few steps away from the Louvre on one side, from the Seine on the other side, from the Marais on the third side. Very walkable to Notre Dame and the other bank and Latin quarter. Lots of great restaurants on the street too (from very fancy Michelin star to everyday fast lunches), including a great wine bar just around the corner. It was also very quiet at night. There were some city noises, but even on New Year's it was very quiet and we were able to sleep through the night without any issue. The apartment looks just like the photos and feels very cool! We loved the aesthetic and felt very at home. Felix is also a wonderful host. He is extremely responsive and quickly got back to me on any questions we had. He made sure to be there for an early check in (our flight got in early on Christmas Day and he was there to let us in). We felt very safe and taken care of. Thanks again, Felix!
