I have never had such a great experience at an AirBnb. Brad was very welcoming but also left us to our privacy. This property gave us all the privacy we needed while still access to ammenities and saftey. Brad greeted us upon arrival to show us the lay of the land. He had host gifts (local wine, pie, and smores kit) ready for us as a cherry on top. He was very accepting of our dog roaming the property. We had a wonderfully balanced time of fun and relaxation. While there we enjoyed: the hot tub, the property itself, the private trail we were granted access to walk, Green Valley Book Fair, Shenandoah National Park (Rose River Trail), and quality time together. Before the trip was even over we were deciding which days to come back! This is truly a gem, and I hope to keep coming back. Perfectly tucked away for some much needed disconnecting. :) Thank you Brad for opening your place to us! You're amazing!

Wonderful place to stay! The setting is peaceful, beautiful, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Bradford’s place was perfect for a little getaway with the dogs. We loved all of the different options to hang out outdoors and really lucked out with nice weather.

This place went above and beyond our expectations! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Brad made every effort to make our stay amazing and was so helpful and responsive. The location was so peaceful and beautiful, loved the hot tub and fireplace! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Are actually looking to come back in the fall with our kids to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Brad's property over Thanksgiving weekend. Brad was so welcoming and accommodating and helped us and our dogs feel right at home. There was plenty to do within 10-15 minutes of the property and the hot tub was perfect for sunrises and stargazing.
