If you ever have an issue, should always try to talk to Lisa or Timmarie, as these 2 individuals, always went above and beyond for us with any issue we had.

The place was great. Very good communication and easy to check in and out. Our only complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies and most the TV’s are out dated only a couple worked to stream on.

We had so much fun. The Condo had a wagon for our 1-year-old granddaughter and lots of pool towels. She also enjoyed the toys that were there for her to play with. It rained while we were there so we did not get to swim in the Lagoon, but a paddleboard was provided. We wished it would have been warmer. There are two sets of stairs to get to the different floors and I thought that if I had brought my parents that are in their 70's they would have a difficult time going up and down the stairs. However, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor with a private TV as well as the TV in the front room. The kitchen is also on the bottom floor. They would not need to go to the upper floors unless they wanted to get to the outside balcony. This was not a problem for us but it could be for others. There is a BigShots golfing close by that was very affordable and we were able to do that in the rain. The hot tub was also great and clean.

The actual place was very cute and clean and well decorated. Maybe it was just a bad time that we went, but it wasn’t the family-friendly environment we were looking for. Lots of college students partying crazy late, dressed up in costumes half naked, we heard F-bombs 2 separate times walking to the car with our kids, the smell of pot one morning, it was hard to get a parking spot because of the partying going on. The walls are pretty thin, so you hear every time someone goes up and down the stairs in the unit next to you. We ended up leaving a day early. The pools and lagoon look like they would be fun in the summer though.
