Spotless guest house attached to the owner’s residence with a patio and balcony overlooking a lovely beach. A short walk to a small nook of a beach with clear water and silvery sand. Short drive to larger well-known Maine beaches. Very responsive!

Our family has stayed at many Airbnb rentals and this one is our new favorite. It blew us away. The place is exactly how it is described and how it is shown in the photos. It was beautiful, peaceful and very clean. The location is unbeatable, with the quiet beach of Cape Neddick just steps from your front door. John and family were wonderful hosts, both very nice and friendly and extremely responsive. We are already looking to book for next year.

We had a great stay at John's place. We loved the small beach area which was a 2 minute walk away. We also loved the two outdoor decks which had great views of the water, a grill and outdoor mini fridge. Host was very helpful, responsive and friendly. We hope to return again!

A wonderful, comfortable cottage located in perhaps the best spot you could ask for in Cape Neddick/York. Two decks overlooking the water and a 2 minute walk to the beach, in a quiet spot away from the crowds. The house is also within walking distance or a short drive to some great restaurants as well as beaches and shops in York and Ogunquit - the best of both worlds. We brought our dog, who loved running on the beach every morning with other dogs - it's a very dog-friendly community! -- and spending time at the Ogunquit dog park in the afternoon. John, our host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We appreciated the attention to detail regarding our booking, as well as the effort put into making the cottage as welcoming as possible (like a chilled bottle of wine + two glasses in the fridge when we arrived). We loved our stay and wish we'd stayed longer! We hope to return.
