Welcome to our beautifully renovated historic home just three blocks from the downtown Winchester square. Walk to see a movie at our historic two-screen theater, grab pizza at Piezan, coffee at Walnut Hill, or dinner and drinks at our new upscale Tavern - Filo's. Of course, we are so close to Tim's Ford Lake and all that has to offer: fishing, boating, water sports. We restored this home from the ground up to create the perfect Airbnb experience. This listing is for an Entire House - 2,300 square feet. 3 bedrooms + queen size pull out sleeper in living room, and 2.5 bathrooms. We spent a year renovating the entire house from top to bottom and created the layout to make the perfect Airbnb - we hope you'll agree!

David and Cindy are incredible hosts. I have stayed in two of their properties and both are exceptional in every way. I cannot imagine an easier check, more ideal furnishings and home, and thoughtful amenities. I will always check the availability of their homes when staying near Winchester and Sewanee.
Overall wonderful experience. Hosts were super responsive even on Christmas day! Lovely area and beautiful home.

You will love our little neighborhood. Its full of renovated historic homes. Beautiful mature trees line our street. You'll see folks walking their dogs on the sidewalks. It's so peaceful, but also so close to the restaurants, movie theater, and shops of Downtown Winchester, just a few minutes walk. And not to mention Tim's Ford Lake - we are so close to public boat ramps and our driveway has plenty of room for your cars, boat, or RV.
Easy to get around and walkable to downtown. Just a short drive to several docks for lake access.
We are a 30 minute drive from The Caverns and Bonaroo and a 20 minute drive from Sewanee and The University of the South.
