I really loved my stay at Julien's place. He welcomed me in person when I arrived, recommended a few places and created a group chat with his family so I could solve any doubts very quickly. The apartment is in Le Marais, a beautiful neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurantes. But despite that, it was very easy to fall asleep at night because it was quiet outside. The apartment is located within walking distance (30 min walk) to many touristic places, including the Louvre. But if you dont like walking, a metro station is right across the street. Also, the view from the apartment is gorgeous, and the place itself is very nice and confortable. The only negative thing is the stairs to get to the flat, because I got tired easily, bur after I few weeks I got used to it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to do tourisim or have a short work stay like I did. I would only not recommend this to someone who has molbility issues because of the stairs.

It was very nice to stay at this apartment! The location is just perfect and the apartment was very cosy and easy to dele at home. I would recommend staying here to anyone 😊

The location of Julien's flat is everything! Located in the centre of Le Marais you can literally walk to all tourist spots without a problem. I stayed at Julien's for a month and I've never topped up my Navigo card. I feel so blessed everytime after partying with my friends when they were all struggling to find an Uber while I could simply walk back. Pompidu is 5 mins walk and Chatelet is just 15 mins. 6 floors walk up isn't pleasant but it's worth it. Julien is really nice he even created a wtsapp group together with his family members just in case I had any emergency needs. To conclude when you are in Paris you want to stay in the centre and this flat is exactly that.
