We were looking for an affordable cabin with a hot tub, minimum of two bedrooms, and not too far from town. All of those boxes were checked with this location. However some disappointments that caught me off guard: I would have preferred to know that due to the location of this specific cabin internet is spotty. There were linens in the dryer which I thought was odd. The top bunk (where my son slept) had the sheet just placed on top (so we had to make the bed for him after a long drive and arriving well past bedtime). More cozy blankets would have been nice. Though there was ample cookware, the cabin lacks simple kitchen necessities: cooking oil, dishwashing detergent, no dust pan. This is the first airbnb I’ve stayed in that didn’t have those three staples. Also, I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the master bed being uncomfortable, but that’s just a personal preference thing. If you’re not a fan of memory foam beds, skip this one. No hand soap in upstairs bathroom.

The cabin was secluded with beautiful views from the back porch. The road was well maintained and check in was easy. Everything was clean and as expected, however, due to a recent storm in the area the internet was out. The owner was responsive and worked diligently to solve the issue. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and the area was gorgeous in the fall.

We had a great time here for MATG 2023. The cabin is a little over 20 minutes from Deal's Gap and was easily accessible for lowered cars even though it was off of a short dirt road.

Access to the cabin is along a steep, single lane gravel road. The cabin is overlooked by a few surrounding properties, the hot tub is on the front so not private at all. Hot tub was working and clean and very welcome after a long day of driving. It was quite and a little bit of the surrounding area can be seen from the large windows. When we arrived it was very hot inside, however overnight the temperature dropped and we woke up cold, the bedding is thin. Memory foam mattress on the king wasn't very comfortable. The place was fairly clean but we did find quite a few dead beetles. Not many supplies for guests. For the price there is better in the area, I just left it to late so didn't have many options.
