Great place to stay! Comfortable, quiet & spacious. Within walking distance to shops. And lastly, a wonderful landing to recharge for weary travelers.

Very spacious , but , it only has one complete bathroom the second one is only half. I think this needs to be specified. The area is very calm and nice, near metro and bus stops that communicate very well into all the city.

Apartment is as described, both beds were very comfy and they give you everything you need to make food for the duration of your stay. The only problem was the neighbours, as we arrived a lady came out the door and said that she’s sick of being hassled by “people like use”. All we were trying to do was get into our apartment. We stuck to the quiet times but the neighbours didn’t, blasting loud music at 1.30am and loud banging after 11pm even tho it’s been quiet most of the day. Other than the neighbours tho the stay was quite nice.

Huge flat in a beautiful area, a short distance from the lake, in a sylvan setting and only a short tram ride to town. Very quiet and very warm! Excellently equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals and a generous compliment of free coffees for the machine. Unfortunately both roller/shutter-blinds were broken in the 2 bedrooms, so the rooms were in darkness and semi-darkness throughout the duration of our stay. I cut myself on the broken mechanism on one of the blinds and although the response was quick, sympathetic and understanding online nothing was physically done to remedy this during our 4 day stay and no offer of financial restitution was made. It is difficult to imagine Swisstay were unaware of this fact before our arrival and since guests were due within hours of our departure It is equally difficult to imagine the issue being dealt with before their arrival.
