What a spot! Super comfortable guest house with all the amenities - and more. There wasn't a thing we wanted for that wasn't there! It is cherry picking season at John's place. We loved seeing/meeting the kids, neighbors and friends that came to help. A lovely family home...and yet completely private, if you wish. We awoke daily to the newspaper on the front door and some treats from the garden that we enjoyed for a couple of days. Thoughtful. Lots of farms and Grower's Markets in the area. We ventured out in all directions to sightsee, and missed them all. But it proved to be a central location that was so comfortable to come back to in the evening. John was readily available and showed us all the nuances of the house which was really helpful. Great Stay! Thanks for having us!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was special. The location is great - close to many outdoor activities, walking distance to restaurants and a great frozen custard spot. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. But what made this place truly exceptional was John -‘d his family’s hospitality and kindness. John made sure we had everything we could need and the family was so sweet to my 5 and 2 year olds. Very family-friendly and one of the very best places we’ve ever stayed.

John was the most accommodating host, and the house was beautiful. Felt right at home but also like we had our own little private oasis. And lots of fun things for our 5 year old to do, from the sandbox to the Barbie house.

John was a terrific host. The house is beautiful and immaculate. The grounds are lush and green--especially for Albuquerque! Highly recommended.

Considering all of the airbnbs we have stayed at, John's place definitely stood out due to John's responsiveness, helpfulness, and warmth. The place checks all of the boxes - plenty of room, nice environment, great location. Felt like home. No major complaints!
