It was wonderful stay. The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking rooftop pool, which made our stay even more special. Additionally, the caretaker was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saipem Avienda and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The staff, especially Bupender, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Bupender’s attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly made my stay memorable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Maria, the host at Saipem Avienda . Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Maria’s kindness and genuine care for her guests did not go unnoticed and I am truly grateful for her hospitality. Overall, my stay at Saipem Avienda was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you to the staff, especially Bupender for making my stay so wonderful.

The location is really inconvenient. I wrote this review to help other people so they would not go through the inconvenience we did. We reached like 10 pm but no restaurants nearby, no taxis, no autos. Finally had to walk to a car rental and rent a car.

This one is a gem tucked 3 kms. away from Candolim beach About the property: Only one word ‘Awesome’ This 1 BHK flat with all amenities like open kitchen, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, 2 ACs (1 in living & other in bedroom) decent wifi quickly embraces u from the word ‘Go’ and you feel completely at home away from home Spacious secure car parking for even huge SUVs Last but not the least, highlight of this place is rooftop swimming pool which u can use to relax after a visit to exhausting, hot, humid beaches and fort Thanks to superhost Maria and a special shoutout to caretaker Bhupinder walking extra mile to offer hospitality Our 4 nights and 3 days in Goa was fun filled with some home cooking seafood which we got from local fish market Will keep visiting again and again

We really loved our stay at Maria's place. The place is exactly as described here. Was easy to reach following map directions. The room was on a good and peaceful neighborhood, close to many attractions near North Goa. There was safe parking for our car inside the apartment compound with security. The room had good ventilation and views. Very quiet and lovely. There is a swimming pool at the top of the building. The room, linen, bathroom etc were very clean. The kitchen was functional with a cooking stove, oven, water purifier and even tea/coffee powder and sugar. We could wash our clothes on the washing machine placed near the kitchen too. The TV, AC, shower etc were functional and we didn't face any issue at all during our stay. Maria was actively communicating with us through out our stay. She pinged us everyday to make sure that we are comfortable and need anything. The caretaker, who stays at the ground floor, was also kind. He cleaned the room and emptied dustbins everyday.
