Yes, this place is out in the country. But we are used to that so it wasn't an issue for my family. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the living room seating was comfy enough to sleep on! and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was amazing, there are even some floats and life jackets available for use. There are houses near by and some trucks and equipment. Truly you will never notice them. There is so much to do you don't even have to leave the house! Several in my party expressed wanting to return whenever we are in the area again. Highly recommend.

Perry’s place exceeded all our expectations. We were there for a softball tournament and his location was centralized to the fields! Perry’s house was very welcoming and had enough space for everyone to relax in between games. I highly recommend Perry’s house and in the future will book this house again.
