This beautiful house was well maintained, situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to local stores, restaurants and beaches, and mostly surrounded by water. The house had plenty of room for our family and the swimming spa was a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day. The kayaks and bikes were a wonderful addition. Tara was very responsive to our needs and helped make our experience amazing.

Fantastic and unique place. Had all the comforts of home. Incredible location on the water with water views from almost every window. Well stocked kitchen and rooms. Owner was responsive and friendly!

This may be my favorite US stay ever. The location is absolutely gorgeous. Super private and peaceful; pictures cannot do justice to how beautiful the views were. Access to the dock was wonderful -- my husband fished several times using the included rods and we were in and out of the pool the entire week. The screened in porch was an amazing way to appreciate the location without having to deal with the normal bugs and such that you would expect in this location (although there were surprisingly few bugs even outside.) Our pup loved running around the property - the entire backyard is fenced so we were able to let her run around which was so nice for us too. The place was exceptionally dog friendly -- there was a doggie life jacket left as well as a dog bed and two brand new dog toys, which we appreciated! Kitchen was perfectly stocked, drip coffee and pod coffee machines, grill was great -we used it often. I love this place so much, sure we will return!

The house was in the perfect location. It was a quiet refuge from the city life . The kitchen was set-up perfectly and the ceiling fans in the house kept the whole house comfortable 24hrs a day. The table outside in the screened in porch was the perfect place to drip dry before going into the house but in mid august it was too hot and muggy to eat at. Tara was extremely responsive to every email and text, It was the perfect two weeks. The only issue we had was the gas from the rotting sea grass that is a normal event in the intercoastal waterway and particularly high this year. But this is not under the owner’s control. This house provides for a 5-Star vacation
