Very safe and comfortable place to stay and enjoy family .

This place is a home and a separate apartment. We were needing a space for 14, which was advertised, but in reality there was space for only 13. We asked the host about this prior to arriving, but no response. The home itself was well taken care of and furnished nicely, but the apartment was very minimal. Hot water only in the shower, and bare necessities missing in the apartment kitchen. The oven in the older stove did work. The kitchen in the home itself was not equipped well for cooking. We enjoyed the location, the back patio area, and surrounding vegetation. The biggest frustration we faced was that the host did not respond to messages or phone calls. In fact, the phone was not taking calls at all. We had to reach out to Airbnb support to get instructions for check-in, which caused a mild panic for our family of 14 not knowing if we still had a place to sleep for that night. It felt very inconsiderate. Once we received instructions, check-in was easy.

Great view.. clean place.. good for big families. Very quiet area. If you love the mountains this place is for you! Only thing missing was a washer and dryer.

First off the property was beautiful and very big the set up was beautiful as well, unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work very well it wouldn’t connect to the living room tv and we had to use the hotspot on our phones , the tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn on, the tv in the bottom of the house had a very bad discoloration and we couldn’t even watch it, the stove downstairs was rusty, the water ran out twice during our stayed delaying our plans twice because we couldn’t shower, the chair outside on the balcony has no sturdiness to it and I actually fell out of it when I leaned back in it which was really funny but my back was just hurting. Other than those problems everything was good i do suggest a closed in fence around the pool to prevent lizards from coming in the pool area.And it was was raining when we got the and the ceiling had a leak that was over one of the beds and we had to go without one bed and it was 10 of us

The road is very bad and narrow and it’s far from the airport. No decent restaurant in the area, we have to drive an hour to every other place we want to see. One of the bathrooms shower water was very cold and the pool wasn’t clean when we got there. He send someone there late in the night to heat the shower and it didn’t happened. We never used the pool until we checked out. The road conditions is horrible. But we are back safely
