Location was really nice being so close to the beach! Walking there was a breeze with the nice wagon provided and other beach amenities that made it more easy - solid umbrella, too.. we had high winds and it stayed in the sand. We were there during spring break - the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Everything pictured was there - new furniture and the new kitchen was nice to cook in. Lots of natural light with all the windows. Would book again!

We really enjoyed our short stay for my birthday weekend! From the second we walked in, this beach house felt so welcoming and cozy. It's very nicely renovated, fully furnished, clean, and cutely decorated to match the beach house theme. There was plenty of towels and linens, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine. They even supplied beach chairs and a beach wagon to take with us on our daily beach trips, which made it so much easier for us to walk everything in just one easy trip! The walk to the beach only took 5 minutes and had some nice views as we walked over the draw bridge. This was our first time visiting Nokomis Beach and we were amazed with the pretty turquoise waters. There is a delicious restaurant within a short walking distance called Pop's Sunset Grill and an ice cream shop around the corner. We only live an hour away and will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful beach house in the years to come. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Fantastic 3br house in walking distance to everything in Nokomis Beach. Responsive owner, lots of conveniences, and homey touches. Everything your family needs for time at the beach, including a pack n play, beach wagon, cooler, chairs, etc.

Ty’s home is beautifully done and immaculate. We were only there for a night but found it cozy and welcoming. Great location to beach and local restaurants. We plan to come back and enjoy all the amenities the house and town have to offer!
