The house accommodated 8 people comfortably. The beds were super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the ‘beach’ themed decor. Adam was very responsive and accommodating with all questions and needs. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the right size for our group of 7 and the layout also worked very well. It has everything you need to eat together. Quick walk to beach area so it can’t get much better than that.

We stayed at Adam's fabulous beach house with our young adult children and their partners. The house is absolutely beautiful, with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (all new) and a fantastic, dramatic view of the marsh and cove. The house is well stocked, with everything you might need including beach chairs and beach towels. We have been coming to Old Saybrook for many years and loved experienced this part of the shore. The house is within walking distance of a small beach with shallow water and almost no waves, making it perfect for children and families. This is a very special place, I highly recommend this home.

Adam’s house is gorgeous, it is underselling all the great amenities. He was on top of everything, even leaving a gift card for ice cream for our little ones. The place was spotless and has plenty of room. 30 second walk to the private beach. The best part was the neighbors, we were given vegetables from the next door neighbor. We are 100% going back next year.
