Highcliffe is in a good location for local amenities and its proximity to Blackpool. The Emerald Suite was OK, however, it did have some damp in one of the bedrooms - probably due to being in a basement. During our stay we had to report an issue with a faulty loo but that was sorted out swiftly and efficiently giving confidence in the management of the property. All in all we had a good stay and would book with Charles Alexander again but will look for a sea view next time.

We had a fairly pleasant stay .Could have been better if the rooms were a bit warmer .unfortunately the heater was not on as it is contolled centrally. Probably on summer mode but it was pretty cold week . We arrived on Saturday to Tuesday .we could not get in touch as they apparently need also time with family so shoud not be disturbed.We could not get in touch untill Monday .we decided not to bother as there was only one night left to leave . Free Parking space could also be an issue . Apart from that lovely apartment

Staying in Cleveleys with friends. This was 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed, one ensuite, so we had our own space. Living area comfortable for 4. Kitchen well equipped. Even though it was a basement flat there was light, and an enclosed private patio area. The communal areas ( entrance, and stairs) were clean and well maintanted. Very unusual for apartments. This made it feel even more comfortable to stay in. The hosts were extremely responsive. Feel like I've met them. Would definitely stay with these hosts again. Need to try the other apartments now!
