My partner and I came to St. Martin for the first time and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was exactly as expected and served the purpose we wanted. Nothing lavish or pretentious, but cozy and private. The little pool was wonderful to have access to and mostly private. Chantal offered beach chairs and towels which were useful. Location was amazing. Easy walking distance to restaurant row in Grand Case, but removed enough that you weren’t right in it. The parking spot was extremely valuable as we rented a car and went all around the island. Being able to slip out and drive to the nearby Super U and to get to Orient Beach was amazing. Also walking distance to Ti Spa and Ti Temple for yoga. The two dogs on the property were sweethearts and Chantal was very helpful if we needed anything. Her restaurant, Le Bistronome, was one of the best meals we had all week! Looking forward to returning in the future.

Chantal’s place is just perfect. Well equipped, supper peaceful, beautiful pool. It’s a short walk to the beach and delights of Grand Case. And Chantal was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and would love to return soon!

I have nothing but praises about this place! Beautiful, close to everything and Chantel was very helpful with all our needs. I would no doubt recommend this place to people who are traveling to St Martin. My husband and I will book this place again (if she is not too popular for us lol) when we visit St. Martin. Had a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing stay. A gem of a place.

The pics show better than the place is. It is much darker than the pics show--only very high windows in the living room. The patio is basically unusable in the afternoon since it is quite warm with direct sunlight. Although we did have a pleasant stay.
