This is a great place to stay when visiting State College and the surrounding area. It's a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadium. It's a very private home on a quiet street. It worked perfect for our group.

I was in State College to help my son's family who had just moved there from North Carolina. I had no problem finding the place and it was close to groceries and shopping. Everything I needed was within a five minute drive. Instruction for check in/out were clear and easy to follow. Sarah's place was a perfect fit for us and we felt immediately comfortable. It was clean and roomy and had enough space for all of us. The kitchen was large and had everything I needed to make lunch and dinners. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There was a large space downstairs that we did not even use. I took care of my grand daughter and Sarah had left a book of recommendations. I took her to one of the parks and she loved it. There was also a park 5 minutes from the house. My grand daughter loved being outside on the deck and in the backyard. The TV had all providers and was easy to use. Sarah was very responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommend.

What a fabulous and clean house. Very peaceful. Highly recommended to stay there. great value.
