on arrival at 5.30pm (check in is at 3pm) we found it very filthy flat: used and dirty bed linen still not changed, used towels on bathroom floor, bins full of rubbish and used underwear, small yard full of cigarette buts (but on description said "no smoking") and even used tampon in the middle of it. Cups were dirty and sticky. Hairs everywhere, on the sink and tables, floor looked like haven't been cleaned over a week. we contacted owner immediately and he responded promptly by phone call, which was nice. He apologised to our inconvenience and called it a "human error" (cleaner forgot to clean). We were given 2 choices: cancel booking for full refund or send a cleaner in an hour if we stay. It was marathon weekend and everything was fully booked. The only option we had (the other one was to sleep in the car) - stay and wait for cleaning service. After we came back around 7pm flat looked exactly as we found it: filthy with full bins, except bedding and towels were changed.

Great place to stay took my daughters there for a weekend grea set up next to beah and local restaurants and shops.very spacious

A few minor problems finding the room, but it was fine once I knew. Plenty of space. Not theoat comfortable bed, but was a work trip so notuch time for sleeping. Small shower, but plenty of hot water. Recommend for convenience to the Lanes and Brighton Centre.

The room has a great location, but the underground, white light surgical room vibe, made us want to stay out as much as possible. Beds were very comfy and clean, the room is great if you just intend to sleep in it, but is not a nice place to relax and chill so look somewhere else for that.
