Had a truly lovely time at Dave's Eco cabin - Location is perfect, a short work or a quick taxi directly into town! Dave himself was an absolute gentleman, happy to chat and checked in on us from time to time. Gave many great recommendations and was really friendly and kind. Really couldn't recommend a stay more highly for people looking to get a break away from the hustle and bustle.

Myself and my friend recently had the pleasure of staying in Dave and Caits eco cabin nestled in nature for three nights. From the moment we arrived both Dave and Cait were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming! We chose to stay in the cabin a little outside Westport town while attending a wedding so we could be surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle! The cabin was was spacious, comfortable, cozy and warm. We also loved that every effort was made to minimize the ecological footprint while still providing all the essential amenities. The cabin has a well-equipped kitchenette, lovely bathroom & powerful shower! Additionally, the sleeping area provided a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights with a very comfortable bed. If you're looking for a peaceful space where you can reconnect with nature and escape the noise of everyday life, yet only a 5 minute drive from the town, this cabin is PERFECT! I highly recommend this unique and sustainable getaway :)

I had a great time at the cabin. It was peaceful and quiet, and the edible landscape garden was the perfect escape into nature I needed. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for a break away from busy life/surroundings. A great place to relax and is within walking distance of westport.
